With most of the previous updates the old saves will break the game so you usually have to play from the beginning every time you play this train wreck. I have not had a chance to play this update but if the past is any indication you probably have to start over.

Pretty much yeah. For some scenes it's a clear option if you want it to happen or not, other times it happens when you possess one of the women and talk to other guys, some of them will grope the possessed woman.
Aside from that, if you want to avoid it, then don't do anything that involves Uncle Gip, except for buying the Porn Toy shop from him.
You can pretty much play it without NTR, but you have to not accept or try to do certain quests, such as the quests regarding possessing one of them and taking them to the strip-club.
However there are some groping scenes in the story with the "landlady" that are unavoidable, but you can step in before it gets worse.
