Here's some, note I haven't played them all, some are just what I found from a quick search;

• Anomaly Vault is about researcher messing with SCP-like objects for sexual goals. (Ex. time stop rape)
• Anomalous Coffee Machine is basically just about messing with SCP-294 (technically not the actual one, but functionally the same), has a focus on transformation
• There's many games featuring SCP-1471 aka MalO, easy to search for. Here's a random example
• Anomaly Evolution & Behemoth's Curse both feature SCP-682
• Object Control is about a normal girl in Foundation-like base getting raped by SCP-like creatures.
• You must be registered to see the links
  is a parody dating sim (no sexual content), includes SCP-173 and such
• Cumrooms is backrooms parody that includes SCP-1471
• The heroine of Saya no Uta is an Eldrich being and the effect she's having on the protagonists mind is relevant to the plot.
• Superhuman includes Eldrich beings and organizations trying to research them. Just be aware that the horror aspect is not the focus most of the time.

If you just like the idea of SCP as a concept (supernatural beings/objects/places), then in general there's a lot of fetishes which could be viewed as SCP, like living suits and erotic trap dungeons. Similarly there's games like FNAF (Pizzeria is basically an SCP) and stories like the Backrooms with pornographic parodies.
