Identify Searching for an egyptian story kinda game (+Video provided)

A long time ago I played some egyptian game that was I think on a flash game site.
It had this long story mode probably but you could just fuck with the first NPC if you didn't want to.

I searched but I only found 1 video of it and it has no source:

Ah, it seems like the video wasn't actually the game I was talking about.
Now that I think about it, the game had a little bit of a different color tone and there were different speed modes like fast and manual and so on.

But still, thanks for conforming that.
