same for me and didn't find any solution (i've tried to lower quality at the worst, unable every effects).

For some it helped customizing the MC before that quest.
MC shouldn't be bald!

Last 2 Diary entries do not work with 24.0 but there is a bug fix 24.1 for that

Not for me.If they stay new then its most likely a bug.

Hoping this can help people who are a bit lost. The time of the day does vary a bit. I also forgot to specify the day of the week. Sorry in advance! I can confirm that are a lot of missing entries. If someone has a better version of this, please share!
