I had this problem, and in my case i adjusted my monitor screen resolution and the game resolution much lower.
My graphics unit will not handle all of the movement of the beach and water. This may work for you.

Well there is 100% a black screen bug after the light house scene I had one task left which was to get emily to help with my homework but I can't since I can't get her relation lv to 1 even after giving her painkillers I'll just wait for the next update to fix this

this option was already included in the previous update

The update reveals that brenda does not take any birth control pills but only has sex on safe days. here it can happen that she refuses and you cannot come in her despite your choice. if that happens just try again next Friday then it will work.
pure male assumption is that it occurs once every four weeks

i found a bug i think right after the Balcony Segs with Janice for the first time it was late like 22:00 and it said i need to go to bed and spawned me outside the Janice apartments and and so i am curious , so i went back to Janice house and after loading it spawned me BALD , Naked and said i need to go to bed and kicked me out , and so then my Dumbass went to the Detective Isabella Apartment and then my screen just went black and never got inside and i also didn't made a save recently so i had to start from a bit early in the play again

Just go into the shop second time and you can pay Freya back. Nyomi is at the gym on weekends. You will need to find a good corner where you can oversee the whole gym and skip 2 hours at a time until she'll appear. You will need to train with her twice. both times using different training equipment.
