I have been faithfully playing this game from the beginning and I love it, but every once in a while I have some (dumb?) questions:
A) I have read about the " mysterious coin" quest and I know what it does and where to find them. But what I don't know, is how is this quest initiated? I have never seen a prompt that says I have to find 5 coins.
B) I have done the blue pill thing with Isabella, and she shucked me off in her apartment, but now what? I don't see any new quest prompts.
C) Is there an actual list (chronological preferably) of quests?

I don't know about your other questions but I'm pretty sure the coins shouldn't be thought of as "quests", they are
"bonus content"/"easter eggs", they have nothing to do with the storyline.

Ok, thanks, So how are the "bonus content"/"easter eggs" initiated or how/when do you know to look for them?
I honestly couldn't say, I've avoided playing the last few updates in the hopes of letting some content build. but you've seen the screenshots of where they are, so I'd say just play the game as the hints dictate and keep your eyes peeled when those areas open up.
For B, you can just skip days and if you skip enough days and you still dont have anything in the task list, that is the end of the content for that version.
AFAIK , the ends so far are The Pill / Pool invitation , they are not in a specific order
a little late for you I guess, but it can also be found in the OP, this game needs a new crack for every single update so this might be useful knowledge for the next time you are here.

Have you tried to unlock "nude" for someone? Can you assume a pattern, who is who and what Hexnr. is what cloth?

So are those Mysterious Coins for new customizations or are they a replacement or other way to get the old customizations that were unlocked with a code before? I ask because in my save i used all the codes and i went through all the maps and i did not find even one of those coins. A following question would be, how big are those coins? The one on the screenshot in the patreon thread seems to look quite big, or at least bigger then a penny.

I run it on a I7-3770 and a rx 570 8GB on high details and all effect on and beside of some fps drops at things like the volleyball minigame it works fine so far.

Translation into any otherr language:
Method 1: MelonLoader+XUnity AutoTranslator
Method 2: BepInEx + XUnity AutoTranslator
Personal note: A better result can be achieved by using the BepInEx Bleeding Edge (BE) build instead of the MelonLoader.

Download the MelonLoader.x64.zip file and extract the content into the root folder of the game (directory of the gane.exe).

After that ceremony you'll have a config.ini file inside "...\SeasideMystery25_1\AutoTranslator\config.ini" 
which needs to be edited as following if you want the mod to translate from english to german (change "de" into sth else if you want the mod to translate in any other language): 
save the config.ini file. The mod should now work fine with the game and just needs fine tuning to get all texts translated into your preferred language. To do that you'll need to set the desired variables in the config.ini from False to True

Not only tried...
I've somewhat figured out how the system works. It's separated into sections like this:
The order is:
-top
-bottom
-full body
-underwear
-outfits
-hair
-shoes
-head acc.
-other acc.
-body acc.
-earrings
-nip pierc.
-clit pierc.
-butt plug
-tattoo
-tanlines
-bikini zone
-makeup
Each section has a row for each character which are basically in the same order as they appear on the customization list except that Wei and Michelle switch places.
If you unlock items that do not exist in game it can mess up the whole customization system. Also, when you unlock stuff in the story it can lock some items again. This happened to me in some older version at least.
In the end of the save file there are these rows that control what sections of the customization are available (bikini line, butt plug etc.) Putting three 1's in the beginning of each row seems to unlock everything.

I have tried the mod/tool, it's okay, but not everything is translated.
I prefer to play the game in English.
