Load save then return to main menu. This unlocks all cosmetics. You need both

what changes did you do to the save file? i'd like to try it on mine to not lose all of the outfits

Move the file you downloaded into the game folder (make a copy of the original file just in case) and do step (4) if you have the file "system.smg" in the folder indicated

1) it's not crack files - it's patched game files (the crack size is about 3-5 bytes if you complaining)
2) you're right. 7z compressed is ~15mb in size
