In case you didn't notice, this guy specialized in dropping small patches, "literally aspirin" to maintain the illusion of Game Advancement. That allowed the development of the story -and milking on Patreon, by the way- in more than 10 Fucking years!
(I was a Patreon of The Twist for a couple and I remember it Very Well.)

Don't be surprised that it started 4 years ago and you still can't do even a third of the activities in The Twist.

I will ship Billy x Janice till the end. I like contrasting things. Janice was hot af MILF with a literal pornstar body. Billy on the other hand was fat nerdy loser who played WoW all day. The fact that he ended up fucking and impregnating Janice behind the MC's back makes it that much more interesting and exciting.

Content wise it´s starting to get intresting, it´s still in a phase where new characters are unveiled with some vanilla sex scenes here and there, the spicy content like in The Twist is still missing. But it seems that KST has finished the most engine related stuff and is concentrating more on content now.

I think so too, previous updates were trickles. It was one of those games where you play every other update at most. But the last one with Janice was great, I kept expecting it to end after each scene but there was whole sequences there. I hope he keeps up this content volume from now on, it's pretty fair for a 2 month update cycle.

It is possible that your videospace is full. You might close a few applications when running the game. It is also possible that your graphics card does not have the needed shaders to render the exact texture in a certain way.
