I suppose repeatable scene has something in common with this new device you can buy, but it does not appear when you choose to "train stamina" with the robot. There is some screenshot from the game with Brenda in the changelog patreon post, i suppose it is this scene. However i did choose to train with robot, so am not sure And the only one new scene from Diary is with Michelle, not Brenda!

bad memory optimization. you can try to hold ESC button for few seconds to skip the screen (if game isn't freezed because of memory issues)
