I initially got the x86 version of the game but after you pointed it out I tried the x64 version too and the process says 32 bit on both. Anyway, I realized it doesn't use my CPU on high all the time it only spikes during certain scenes and if I forcibly throttle down the process everything lags including the sound, I think it's just bad frame-based programming where the game does lots of things in sequence per frame. Annoying but I can tolerate it I guess
