Yeah that one as well. Not looking forward to it since I doubt it would be even netorare. Netori maybe but that's my least favorite genre. Interested at the puzzles tho

Only thing we know of Drusilla from the description he gave us

We're playing as a man again, exploring her Manor and it will have puzzle elements, and it will play similar to AotG
Lust Voyage's ending also implies she's possibly a vampire and has some sort of agreement with the pirates to supply her with men.
I'm guessing some sort of Elizabeth Bathory situation but with cum instead of virgin blood. Anyway yeah, there's really no reason to suspect this would have NTR elements unless Drusilla is also supplied with women and Samuel is looking for his wife/partner but we don't have that info
