Almost had me until I checked the previews.
Art is looking good, but then we hit a mini-game. Then we hit a censored nude. Then we hit what appears to be a setup for sloppy seconds (phone).
Then I check the tags and see prostitution... is that the sloppy seconds?
If I want to play mini-games/puzzles I'll pick up my phone.

Hi, there is a button at the bottom of the "notebook" screen when you enter the game. All you need to do is to finish 3 games (you do not even need to win them...just finish them...win / lose / draw, does not matter) and then the button changes into "SKIP" button. Once you click it, all the rewards will be unlocked for you to see on the next screen and once you leave this main entry screen of the game, the plot will continue as if you passed all the levels.
But be aware, that once you leave the game after skip, you will not be able to check out the "ladies" images later. It will be available in the next chapter anytime though, so do not worry, you are not losing it forever.

You can skip the minigame after 3 attempts. I mentioned the solution in the comments below.Sorry if I disappointed you...it revolves around the fact, that MC is supposed to be very smart person, but I guess I will make this as a sidequest, that is not really mandatory to continue the main plot.

nice art and interesting story at the start but this is the only positive about it...
a custom made game engine is a nice idea but poorly done the settings menu has no function (sound adjustement? text speed? rollback?) saves seem to save at the start of a scene not at the position of choice, was there even a choice so far there was one insctace that looked like one after awakening at the beach but the space hitting to resume text seems to just pick one for you...
and for real press space to resume text... shoot whoever idea this was.
minigame absolutely pointless and the little option to skip has to be way bigger...
and after this chore the mc automately get the whores number followed by an unavoidable sex scene...
and this was the moment for me to press alt+F4. seriously dating sim + romance tag but forced to the first whore avaivable not a good sign.
so far good artwork and backstory everything else hard pass.
maybe it gets better after the whores scene but i dont think i want to find out.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it, even though it is not positive. But I respect your opinion.
I will address the mini-game issue in next release, to make it completely optional.
The censored nude is only in the images here and it is only because I wanted to tease players and not give them everything on the silver platter. There is no censoring in the game itself.
One of the initial female characters is a prostitute. MC's intercourse with her is vital to the plot of the game and MC's motivation to make a crucial life changing decision.
Romance will come later. Just like in life, nasty and beautiful stuff can mix and be intertwined. Life is messy. So is the game.

I should have probably mentioned that the game just like framework itself is "work in progress". It works, but as a MVP (minimal viable product). I will add features and make it better, if it will make sense and there will be interest in the game.
I did not want to spend 3 years developing perfect framework only to be not used by anyone afterwards.
I already made some improvements to the first chapter, but I am waiting for more feedback and then I will most likely address all the complaints I had.
The whore / prostitute is vital to the story an is actually one of the side characters. She is not just the whore, but may be it was not obvious from the dialogues.
The whole chapter one is more like an intro into the whole world I am trying to build and therefore not much to choose from.
Hope you give it a chance down the road, but if not, I still value your input.
I do not know that game, but nice one. Actually about that self-identification part...the character is going to experience true transformation...but I do not want to spoil the end of chapter one for ya...if you decide to play it.

THANK YOU for providing a MC that isn't just some horny generic young dude looking to get laid anyway he can. Art looks fantastic, Animated makes it even better and my interest is indeed peaked. Personally, I'm going to wait until you get a couple more Updates before I check it out only so I can enjoy more of the story at once than having a snippet here or there. Please continue Dev, I look forward to your project

I say that, but I do have a suggestion of my own, lmao.
Later down the line? It would be nice if we could change the MC's appearance a bit. You know, clean him up, give him a proper haircut and a nice suit or something. Show that his life is picking back up and he's happier, you know?

It's one of my favourites, but don't mind me pal, I'm just a huge sucker for classic hardboiled noir.
I'm downloading it, but I don't know when I'll be able to play, as I'm behind schedule in this period.
The production value seems high: you clearly put a lot of effort in this game and the least I can do is to check it, even when I'm not really drawn by the girl in the previews.

I'm afraid you could find the community here a bit whimsical and judgmental. Your "I don't want to spoil" stance will be put seriously to test, as many players here have a serious gripe against surprises.
