This is inspired by Welcome to the Sexy bar which is also a really good management ntr game, the aspects are about the same on the other games from sexy bar's creator as well (womb, vagina status and other mechanics)

One man's pet peeve is another's fetish I suppose. I guess there are more unrealistic fetishes out there such as cumflation or whatever. Don't have any particular recommendations but (to me) it's an annoyingly common trope in more anime-style corruption-themed games.
