Yeah, I got that part. I was wondering if you were referring to some specific ones (please don't say "repeatable ones"
)There are repeatable scenes at the end of the day that are chosen at random. Some of them do involve Cynthia. There are also scenes you can get with her after the workday when you choose to talk to her.
Not sure if these are the ones you meant.

Does anyone know what the "???" stat is that only seems to appear in Ame related content? With her first time, something pops up that says "??? decreased by 1" but then if you ask her to work in the gloryhole, there is a notification of "??? + 1." Does anyone know what this is for and what it means?

She is a yandere. You do something for her and it decreases. You share her around and it increases. Doesn't take much to figure it out.
Fair enough haha. Wasn't sure if it was something else that we had to keep track of somewhere that could impact the game, but it's Ame, so I guess we'll see haha.

In general, because something is for free, it doesn't mean you can't get compensated/sue.
An easy example is a free poisoned apple.
Or trojan (virus) in a free game.
Or not being delivered an essential update.
In this case, he could argue that he needs this game to fap, and that his mental health suffered because of that.
Then he only needs to argument why he couldn't fap to something else + a crazy judge and there comes the compensation.
You are never save from the crazy human made system.

One of those examples is very much not like the others. There is no quantifiable loss or damage involved in the third (and the only relevant) example. The guy who mentioned compensation didn't have an update before the date he expected to get it, didn't pay anything and didn't get it on said date. No losses, no damages — no civil liability of any sort.
Even patrons most likely wouldn't have a case for the delay of an update, because the monthly subscription is not tied to delivering any specific product on any specific date.
