Really wanted to give this game a proper shot, but between how boring it is playing as John, the absolutely godawful bow controls, and the overall poor quality of the colour panel puzzles I'm left feeling like it isn't worth the effort. Which is a shame as it's got a pretty neat concept.

It's not something something you can do yet. The game is pretty linear when it comes to stuff like this so you'll either get it as a choice, or a Buzz challenge.

Dev denies it, but the puzzles like this are RNG. Just keep going until you eventually get it.
Dev can deny it all they like... the randomness is obvious. It's especially bad that you can get into an infinite loop if you're not careful. I reset more than once due to stepping on the wrong panel resulting in a chain reaction that did not stop.
The game seems good, but holy shit the minigames are terrible.
Some of them require VERY specific steps to complete with ZERO forgiveness, also.
Also, did you know that you can starve and get a game over? Why is there even a hunger system in the game in the first place? (Unless dev removed it. I haven't looked at patch notes since 0.10 when I quit playing).
No, the hunger mechanic is still in there. I didn't let it get to zero but after a certain amount of struggling to reach a broken cutscene referenced on the previous page I gave up. Secret Dawn has a lot of potential to tell an interesting story but it's too wrapped up in the idea that it's a video game not a porno.
Agreed. Dev needs to understand the concept of 'know your audience.' We're not here for mini-games. We're here to see Eve cuck John. The game/story has a few interest things going for it, but is severely held back by the dev's own stubbornness. I've played enough of these types of games to know how it's gonna go, and that's the only reason I'm still here. Even keep the popcorn handy.
The same problem here... Any hint? I'm stuck 'cause I don't have a launching platform on inventory...Hint.. if you start a new campaign, the labyrinth with e teleport plattforms doesn't reset.. so if you placed the plattforms on the other side and don't have one in your inventory, it's impossible to reach the door and finish this room.
And you can't leave /abort this quest/ room.
