kan a straightjacket be added as a mod to the game it be like the cufs and kan self restrain and escape is hard must include crotch strap and boob ziper and color variations or some bondage mittens with bondage socks to pair with the mittens with color canges

Finally got some free time where I can spent chilling a bit. I be honest, idk how many questions and what is the questions that is asked but I will try my best to answer based on what I know on SFM community so far.
(Edit 1 as well: if cosplay loader mod couldn't really achieve what you want... the only way is to code it yourself, which I am not saying it will be easy, I personally dk how unity code and how mod work hahaha. That or maybe try to request for such mod in the main Secret Flasher Manaka forum? Maybe someone will make it because they also like the idea? idk, good luck btw.)

Straightjacket that act like in-game handcuff I assume? As far as I know, no such mod available yet. What I recommend if you not into making a whole new mod: well... search and import a straightjacket with cosplay loader mod? You will need to use Blender + Unity/unityunpacker at the very least. I don't think I came across Selestia's strightjacket outfits before but there are a lot of bondage theme with like latex hand restrain behind the back, that might work. (Edit 1: oh yea, you will still need to manually equip the in-game handcuff of course...)
Since such mod is not available, I think it is meaningless to answer subsequent questions (if they even is)? But you can make the in-game handcuff harder to unlock by upgrading equipment that give you negative unlock speed, that is what I would suggest.
Crotch strap, boob zipper, and bondage socks for the outfits, refer back to the first answer, find the suitable Selestia's outfit that satisfy you and you could import it, you don't need to learn code but you still need to play around Blender a bit. Color variations is not supported in cosplay loader mod but you could just directly change the color of the texture by the time you import the outfits into the game.

MAAAN I really don't know why he just vanished like that, even his traces are gone. I remember the last time I saw him was his frustration regarding a certain mod issue and something irreversible like a save corruption etc.

This is a body doll costume that someone has previously released. I thought maybe someone would like to have both black and white clothes in their wardrobe, so I simply modified the mod name and display name to avoid conflicts between the two costumes

I mean we will never know the exact reason... So I won't speculate anything, just gonna miss him and his comment that sort of make importing outfits in cosplay loader mod more fun, and the main SFM forum more active too.

I'm wondering if you're planning on furthering this mod in the future, but it doesn't seem too much of a stretch to enjoy it, at least with the current version.

Is it impossible to duplicate JSON Properties' "hiddenPartsType" in the mod manual at 1st page?
I've experimented with various directions, but only one of the five options is applied, but the other ones are not overlapped.
Looking at the int corresponding to the enum as a binary number, it was intended to make it possible to apply hidden parts in duplicate through the sum of the number corresponding to each enum, but I don't think this can be applied either.
I asked because it's in contrast to the [] that shlinkTypes can duplicate items.
As I said earlier, there is no big problem in enjoying the game even as it is, so you can take your time.
You don't have to overdo it, so it's enough to check when you have time.
(If I just didn't know how to apply it, I apologize in advance.)
