I made a couple tiny discoveries that aren't very big but still interesting! In the decrypted save there's:

Common corresponds to the menu with the dildos, urination, chase, etc. If you set this to 6, it's Time Stop! But when you use it it says Time Stop is disabled. Can we maybe get this working...?
IndexSkill and 3 and 4 are the poses and I found a couple that are functional! We also now know the names of all the animations in English, possibly, unless more are in the final game. And some do weird things:

17: Nipple Play (same as above, it requires opening your coat to perform but nothing happens other than the bar)
18: Clit Play (same as above but not open coat required)
19: Stroking (Interesting! It makes your penis bend to the right painfully and looks awful lol. However when you orgasm with this, she will cum while holding her penis instead of just thrusting no handed. I don't think aiming works though? I think this is the penis jerking action!)
20: Spread-Leg Urination (same as demo)
21: Standing Pee (kinda broken? No animation but it does activate the urination.)

23 and higher seem to break the game.
Edit: Okay some are not fully functional! I tried doing the vibrator orgasm while doing those poses and the game soft locked like the broken ones. Too bad, I really wanted to do both at the same time...

For anyone who got confused like me, you have to uncheck "disable futa" in Esc > Options > Game System if you want to customize the penis and balls.
Also!! You don't have to do the full 200 height to put the dildo on the wall. It works at a minimum of 158.
Edit: Hmm sometimes 158 doesn't work...not sure the requirements!
