I calculated how much the dev is earning from this game.

On DLsite, this game is sold for 2,970 jpy, but according to DLsite's fee schedule, the developer's share is 2,200 jpy. As of October 6th, this game has sold 52,275 copies. Therefore, the dev's earnings amount to 2,200 × 52,275 jpy, totaling a whopping 115,005,000 jpy (approximately $765,770)!
If the dev were an individual rather than a group, that's a tremendous income!

Incidentally, the previous title (Secret Flasher Sereka) had a dev share of 1,540 jpy out of its 2,090 jpy retail price. With 25,840 copies sold, this resulted in total revenue of 39,793,600 jpy (approximately $264,969).

So, the combined revenue for these two works comes to 154,798,600 jpy, which is approximately $1,030,482!
Ah... (sigh)

Additionally, these two games are sold at the same price on another Japanese site (Fanza), where they have sold 2,479 and 2,136 copies respectively...

Here's another test cosplay! This one replaces the Guard category. Still some small kinks to work out like parts of the replaced cosplay still being rendered but 1.0 is super close. Currently writing up a guide to import cosplays with this mod. Super stoked to see if anyone makes any costumes.

People have talked about starting a dedicated mod thread to track all the missions and mods in one place - I've been cataloging everything I see, should I go ahead and post a thread? Where should I post it?



Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention. It may be feasible to implement custom body meshes, futa cock and ball meshes, and I'm probably going to set up an API for other mods to integrate with the loaded meshes, textures, and materials. One thing at a time, though.

I know this is a little late, but as someone who has been playing since "Seleka-san," I feel that "Manaka-san's" action motions are slow even at maximum speed... I wish there was a way to change the speed (by the way, the cheat engine tables don't support this).

Given the high earnings, I think the company would be taxed 23%. If the creator paid that out to their personal balance all at once, they'd be taxed 45-55% of that. If they instead paid it from the company to their personal balance over several years, then the tax drops significantly, according to their personal income.

I just googled this, and to be frank I really don't know how accurate my understanding of Japanese taxes is, but it seems to me that it's actually quite reasonable. Assuming they are paying their own salary the smart way, the developer probably still gets like, $600k from these two games, give or take.

Honestly the corporate tax stuff became confusing to me while reading it, but the developer still walks away from this with a ton of money, if the other guy's analysis is accurate.

And someone in the thread arround page 160 put the 1.1.2 patch preview and its only bug fixes and optimisation... No new content... Hopefully they delay the 1.1.2 release to add at least a new map and maybe some new stuff. But will mostly be a fix update from what ive seen arround...

Man, I'd really like to mod this game, but I don't think it's at all possible... I mean stuff like modding the 3D models and stuff. I've gotten a little ways in, getting a whole heap of assets extracted and such, but I can only get the NPC models, and I have no clue where to even begin to try to find out how the game handles Manaka's model itself. I don't think it's possible, as usual with Unity games. I mean, maybe it's possible? I doubt it tho. I don't really expect anyone here to be able to help, just want to vent my frustrations at how it's all hopeless. I wanted to message the creator somehow, see if he would maybe deign to give me a clue to help (which I seriously doubt he would do, since Japanese views towards modding are way different from ours, as far as I know), but I don't think there's even one way to get into contact with the guy, realistically. Closed DMs on twitter, and nothing else he's got an account on really allows for messaging. He even disables comments on every Ci-en post, too. It's so hopeless. And I want to add an option to body customization, too. It's so complicated, and I can't even get started, and the thing I want is something that appeals to a specific fetish that has no chance of getting added by the creator himself, no shot. It's so over.
