In my current situation, this is the best I can do.
okay but what if you downloaded the game onto your x drive? i ask this because i dont see a save file anywhere

x as in X:\SecretFlasherManaka ? You have to run the game once before it appears in your C:\Users\(user)\AppData\LocalLow\ folder

the way to splash semen on a person
-never use/turn off adult toys
-use the [stroking] action pose as it does not produce any noise [adjust the stroking speed using the motion speed]
- if your target is alone and is not moving, estimate your distance from your target so you'll not be noticed when you're climaxing [usually 2 and a half tiles away from your target when you're in shopping mall]; if your target is moving, align yourself within the target side-by-side [but not close] and slightly look toward the path where your target is going (in first person mode)
- the places where npcs can't turn around when you're climaxing near them and you're about to get noticed are in benches (npcs that has nothing in their hands and is not eyes closed can still notice you since they can turn their heads), escalators, while waiting for their laundry to finish, npcs in vending machines will still notice you and cancel their animation when you splash them
- do not splash on npcs that usually has more skin exposure, the heavier they are clothed and they have something on their hands and ears, the less likely to get noticed by them

But that was too easy, so I changed it to not tell you anything.
Instead, you won't receive points.

You can now earn points too.
Please delete "BepInEx\plugins\SFM_custom_mission_v2\Save\MultiStageItemSearch".
Please delete the "0" at the beginning of "0MultiStageItemSearch.rar" and use it.
(I added the "0" to prevent it from being overwritten.)

how do I go about setting up uncensored I have downloaded bepinx but can figure out how to set it up
I calculate the speed increase in real time to adjust the playback interval, but the playback delay is all over the place.
Thank you! I have rebuilt the playback logic based on the excellent code you provided, regrouped the audio files , and implemented segmented playback based on the Ecstasy value. Now it should sound much less abrupt. Thank you again for your code—attached is the packaged mod file.
The parameter configuration resides in the configuration file BepInEx\config\secretflasher.voicepack.plus.cfg

does anyone know how to get to the apartment cause ive been searching and searching and i dont seem to find it
Leave the house and turn left. Continue straight and turn left again at the T-junction. Follow the road until you come to warp circle that leads to the apartments.

Save should still be where ever your appdata is located I assume. If you haven't booted the game yet, I would do that first like the other comment mentioned then check again.
Then what I said is true. Regardless of where do you put your game, run it once so that it could initialize the savefile dir inside C:\Users\(user)\AppData\LocalLow\
