Normally when devs do the "oh man, my code is spaghetti, I'm going to redo my game from scratch and it'll be better the second time around!!!" thing, it's basically 100% guaranteed they'll make it to v0.0.0.5 or something and quit (or take a break by making a spinoff RPG Maker game, for some reason), but this guy seems like he might break the combo. Still got kinda high hopes that he'll release something decently playable at some point.
Yeah, honestly, mad props to the guy for powering through it. It looks like he's making decent progress too.

Yeah it's gonna be awhile for another release but he's been pushing through and through. Though I honestly think this is one of those game that are in the so called "development hell".

Don't think we're too far off from a Demo at least, once Levy finishes their penetration mechanics, which is what their currently working on, there doesn't seem to be a lot of heavy lifting left to do after that, and a with look at their there's only two major feature left.

Honestly I thought he hadn't touched that trello since December. Been no activity on it since 02/12/22

He hasn't, but I've been keeping track of what he has and hasn't done, so using Trello to guess what's still on the to-do list is still viable, if based on guesstimations rather than concrete knowledge.

Question, I love the game just the way it is, but are there any mods out there to put different characters in it? Like, use this game engine but swap out the ponies with say, Sonic characters, digimon, etc? If not what would it take to that? Besides creating the art assets what else would need to be done or who could I pay to do it?

You could try contacting Pusspuss about making a character for the game since they're working (worked?) on the art assets already. Would also need to contact Levy to implement the character in the game. No idea on costs.

Don't think that's easy to do in the old engine, I remember Levy vaguely going over that process some months ago, the current in-progress one is being designed to make that much easier though.

So, I figure I can make character creation easier for myself by writing a tool to edit characters and items together from existing assets. It'll be a big upgrade over the spreadsheet software I'm using.
To actually be a boost to my dev speed, this needs to run in-engine so I can immediately see the results of tweaks. That means it'll be bundled with the game engine. So, it could be used by players too. Not a full Bethesda character creation screen, but a tool for easy-ish in-game character/item modding
For now, making completely new graphics like custom toys or manestyles will remain near-impossible, since this feature doesn't solve that difficulty.
But... making this tool requires the ability to read and write files for each new object or character. Which also means individual modded character files could be made and shared by players.Â
(a reminder that these are future features, not currently implemented)

I see, but given the way the characters are posed it seems this could work if they were more humanoid, all the moving parts would still be in the same place. The only thing that would really need to be changed is the position of breasts, to put them on the chest instead of the pelvis.

Progress update- stay tuned~
Hey y'all, right now I'm working on the game and house stuff at the same time. The current focus is still prototyping to find the target "flow" for interacting with the game, penetration, and aiming toys. I'll show off every piece of visual progress that comes from this. But atm the house stuff is taking all my remaining energy, so writing in-depth about the process will have to wait.
That's all for now <3
