it's because you are probably on an old version, in my version (from PIXELDRAIN) it shows v.38
Might be. It looks similar to an old flash game named Mayuri-sama's body laboratory.

Actually it was because I overwrote all the previous files...Apparently there was a file that still have the old version in it. Performed a clean copy and it's showing correctly now.
Always do a clean install when you manually download an updated version of a game.
when downloading this google and pc say that it is unsafe, but when downloading latest public version from the main site it runs it normally. Anyone else having this problem?

This thread was recently updated to the last version before the extended hiatus and upcoming total rebuild.
This "newest" version, v0.38, was released in 2021, hence why the thread still has the "Abandoned" tag, as an actual new update has still yet to come out. This version is essentially a content patch for the "pre-rebuild" version of the game, and is basically the same game as before; a build for the re-release is still in development.
Most likely what happened is that whenever the update came here somehow managed to fall through the cracks, and it was eventually found and dealt with.

Those are generic reputation flags by two unknown antiviruses, they just don't know what the file is so to keep Grandma safe they say it's malicious. Note that none of the significant antiviruses (Kaspersky, AVG, etc.) are giving a more tangible warning.
It's a false positive.
