If you take bimbo option too early (i thought it was the right time to be able to progress), turns out you can't get one event with brother because it requires you to wear red lingerie, which it seems you can't wear anymore.

I think you can buy a different red lingerie that you can wear that will allow the scene...

Having said that, for a sandbox game, this game is extremely picky about the prerequisites for events
