How to get lots of money easily?
Made a "we are exclusive" mission, end it, and just after, when you came back on the app, click return. It will send you back at the end of the mission, so you will gain again 500$. You can do that as much as you want.

Via browser's console it's much easier if you fine with "cheating" using bugs.

Question - Is the bimbo surgery (lvl2) required? I did and got to the motel, then i got to the mansion. Is there any way to get back home again after that or do I have to play out the stuff in the mansion?
Probably you give up into the Bimbofication from Anna, Get rid of Arousal before your second meeting with Burnett.
At this current state, Bimbo Level 2 is required to move on to experience the new content and story.
