Just curious, looked at the reviews and tags but some of them say there is gay content (as in you're a dude who get's freaky with other dudes) - is that in the game and is it optional? And when it says Feminization, is that like you just dress up like a girl or you full on either cut off your dick or never actually use it?

It's Dude on MC or Femdom with massive strapon on MC or both. It's Sissification which is the forced form of Feminization. As far as the cutting off you dick... Well we're not there yet but close. I figure with the sci-fi element it'll be nanits or at a minimum some sore of drug that makes you a woman. Thou IMO the game will go for maximum humiliation and emasculation and never let you go all the way. I think if you boss ever let's the MC out of the cage will be when the MC is injected with some permanent nerve deadening agent or the reverse something that makes it to painful to touch and everything has shruken to little numbs...
I was playing a few days ago and got two events to proc the same night. Candy passed me her note asking to meet her after work, and the Manager party event also happened. I don't want to blow off my manager to see Candy, but I also didn't (immediately) see Candy after finishing up with the Manager encounter. Am I missing a way to do both, or should I go back a bit and hope they both don't happen at the same time?

first time after you get the note are on thursday noon but only if you have worked hard all the week
aka 39 hours or over (check work related date)
at noon thursday ask mistress about you may work at the cafe
after that you can see candy every day after work
And then there's also a design flaw, with many game developers making them unnecessarily grindy and repetitive, with no ending envisioned whatsoever. This applies especially to text-based games, where the illusion of choice and functioning in an interactive, living world is delivered by micromanagement of repetitive tasks that are supposed to yield different results depending on certain criteria met and RNG. There are no other movable parts, no physical simulation of the game's environment, no AI playing against you, only a limited set of scripts that are executed when X = true. Sooner or later, the player will find themselves just clicking away the same line of text after another.

Yes, this game - despite being well above average in its genre with good writing - is a text-based paperdoll exercise after all, with only that many things to do and outfits to wear. After the initial excitement of having the MC do this or that lewd act, they soon become another chore, with the same setting and actors and lines repeated over and over again. Unless the game's designed to be finished from new in one sitting of 2-3 hrs, it looses its charm eventually. While this is not this game's particular flaw, it nevertheless suffers from it too.
A good example of a porn game that does not overstay its welcome is 'the Poor Whore'. The player only has ten in-game days to complete the main quest. There's no grinding, six or seven possible endings, around twenty non-repetitive lewd scenes and that's it.
Some people like short games, some people like long games (if there is enough content). "Secretary" is not perfect, but much better than the most long games (which get mostly abandoned before the story really starts).

here is how to open the black box if you still haven’t got around it yet
first of all you need to have maid uniform on
then go to living room and you should see
[_You need to do some cleaning up before you do anything else at home.]
do that on maximum time = 240 minutes
then you can read the code
go to wardrobe and pick up the black box
open inventory scroll down to black box click it and click use
now you can enter the code or hack it
to hack it you need very high "smarts"
also, you can ask the guy at the sex shop but idk how or when it triggers,. The above ways are the easiest

The way I see it they were pretty helpful: this question has been asked and answered (incidentally mostly by you and them) multiple times since the box can be opened. Hinting at using the search box does seem like the right approach here. Granted they could've also linked one of their answers but that may defeat the purpose of directing people to the search box in the first place – the incentive to actually learn to use it would be gone.
Also, the poster of the question hardly qualifies as newb and is more of a lurker really: they registered on Feb 1, 2018 and posted their first message on Apr 17, 2018. And while I do realize that most are here to actually play the games instead of hanging around the Zone, it would still be quite a long time without ever seeing anyone mentioning the search box or feeling the need to use it…

I agree with you, but I personally felt that they could’ve used a bit more polite approach rather than being sarcastic, and tbh, searching for “black box” generates results older than 2018, so asking again is faster imho
