I've been having a recurrent issue with the Fatigue not resetting despite sleeping enough, it is set to 0%, but once the page with the "Start the day" is loaded, it bounces back up really high. It's said it's related to the new pink pills system but I'm not sure if it's a bug or something I'm not doing right?

If you manually edited the fatigue stats using the console (F12) or sugarcube, you gotta change fatigue stats to 0 again along with the fatigue multiplier and max fatigue
This will happen on many occasions and you have to do it manually over again, i sometimes get fatigue to 40000

AFAIK, it’s the same as before, you can lose it in the mens room while wearing female clothing, by going jogging to the dogs or at the usual place while working the gloryhole

Try what Hordragg said, gloryhole definitely has the option to "Back it up" while blowing customers

Went spelunking into the code as I had the nagging feeling that (1) is also gated behind loosing ones anal virginity in the first place. It is.

These are the only instances that set (therefore marking as taken) your anal virginity:

BUT as of late (7.4 or 7.5) most content which was previously gated begin losing ones anal virginity can be reached by having lost ones pegging virginity if

$fetish.pegging_is_anal //This will cause pegging to count as anal virginity, otherwise pegging and anal are separate.

This is subsequently checked on the following encounters:

AND there seems to be a bug on Dr.Tapper's assessment:

[Continue the assessment as instructed.] - everything initially true
[This is too much reading, isn't there an override?] - everything initially false
[Screw it, just answer yes to everything.] - everything always true

Both the first and second choice should start with the same set of fetishes active. And if I remember correctly that has been the case prior to 7.4 or 7.5. At the moment anyone choosing the first option and not disabling $fetish.pegging_is_anal will just have to loose pegging virginity... which is probably more in line with the expectations of most players.

I have a issue so i go in for the first Hypnosis study and read if i have under 50% fatigue that it will unlock an additional option which will grant me a willpower point.

You've probably read the following part of the walkthrough linked in the OP:

The hypnosis study will increase various stats, and then will offer a variety of VR scenarios to choose. Starting the VR appointment with less than 50% fatigue will unlock an additional option which will grant a willpower point.

The VR appointments in question are a later stage of the hypnosis study, one in which your character actually get's to wear a VR helmet for full immersion. But I do believe the information is outdated as one can gain as well as loose willpower while in VR. Glancing at the code it seems you now need to keep fatigue below 70% to unlock the corresponding actions.
