The manager expects you to learn on your own. Oral skills are improved at the gym in the bimbo class once you reach the cap at the GH.

Oral. When you suck something your oral skill goes up. Until you hit a level cap. Then you have to train the skill someplace else, once you unlock (raise) the cap. This is true for most skills. They'll hit a cap and then you have to unlock how to raise the cap so you can continue to improve the skill.

I Have NOT Seen Bob Since Joining Gym.

take training clothes on in the morning on weekdays
go to foyer and you should see a message about call bob

Same here; stuck in a loop. Ms. Watergate says "Well, I must say... she seems near perfect to my eye, I guess the weekend gave her enough time to address her flaws on her own?" then I'm sent back to the office only to be summoned again for the exact same scene.
