Original protagonist gender is male. Feminization ain't avoidable, but you can choose type of feminization you prefer the most: male-to-sissy (keeping breasts to a minimum size is still very difficult, but possible), male-to-female with a penis, male-to-female with a vagina, male-to-female with both: penis and vagina. You may be "he", "she" or "they". You may be submissive, switch or dominant (in a limited way). On the path to feminization you can be voluntary (you want it), obedient (you do as you're told), forced (path of resistance), mercantile (greedy, "all for money" style). Chastity cage are optional too.

What exactly is so valuable about having to grind for money unless you're going for "I must get femmed to not be broke" approach? Even if you do, what's wrong with using alternative methods of earning money? Oh, like prostitution, already a mechanic in the game?
In this case, i'm afraid you're out of luck. MC's boss is the story's primary antagonist and she's central to the game's main plot.
Out of curiosity, which path limits her involvement as much as possible? I tried to just agree to everything she was offering in the beginning feminization wise, but that didn't seem to matter and just... broke the game in several ways...
I'm not sure if there's really such thing, the paths mostly differ by the methods (either MC complies, or they're forced to undergo the changes) There's some optional events which hinge on having positive relationship and accepting Antlers as MC's owner, but i doubt avoiding these will make much of difference if you can't put up with the character in the first place.
This is, at its core, a money/time management game. While the relevance of money drops off as alternative sources of income become available, its presence as a mechanic primarily impacts the early game.

I disagree. At its core it's a porn game. Money/time management is neither interesting nor rewarding. If this was a money/time management game it would be a really bad one. At best these mechanics + fatigue + showering etc are meant to give a bit of a "life sim" feel to make the journey of feminization feel kinda "authentic". The problem is that since the main antagonist gives me absolutely no desire to submit to her AND the game gives you the option to just throw away your dignity and masculinity immediately the point is kind of moot, it doesn't ever feel realistic, just like a chore to grind out to finally get to the porn.
It sure is ironic that those parts are a roadblock to having fun with the game, yes.
I don't want to keep my submissiveness low. I just have no desire to submit to this particular character. Honestly if that's the take the game has on being submissive then I vehemently disagree with it.
It seems that instead of reworking entire game it'd be easier to just give you what you actually want, i.e. just a dump of the sex scenes in a "gallery"* or whatever.
Yeah, making a good game is pretty hard, but a library of smut sure is better than a bad game. Thankfully there's no need for that as the game is HTML, meaning you can just read the entirety of it in a text editor. Which I totally recommend.

Well for me it's one of the greatest text based games of all! Better than CoC2 and TiTS, and very much more fun and comfortable to play than Degrees of Lewdity or Lilith's Throne, even though all this games are great too! The game is actually a rare example of a good implementation of a life simulator and a sandbox.
That's correct, I don't like playing this game, was that not evident from the long post which you quoted about that very fact? "The majority" doesn't play the game at all, whatever that's supposed to tell me anyway.
