UPDATE for *Unofficial Fixes* for v0.2.8.5b (Stage Two)
Hi all,
First of all, a warning,
I AM CRAP AT CODING! So use at own risk!
While we await an official fix for the bug that prevents us from entering the school,
I made a few of my own, which strangely seem to work, (must remember to buy lotto ticket)
One fix will allow you to do the "acceptedintoschool" quest.
Which in turn should allow us to unlock many more quest,:)and find more bugs:cry:

One fix will Unstick Val form her home

and the last fix will allow you to talk to Brynn in the library
Which in turn should allow us to unlock many more quest,:)and find even more bugs:cry:

NOTE; Please make save at the end of Stage One, see the I'm crap at coding bit above.

This file should be copied and pasted into the game folder, which I download from the home page?

So, I am re-running the game from the dist folder, and not the folder I use when creating the game.
Here's What I found so far:
phone back system images did not properly get into the distro folder... ???? Once, those are put into the proper folders, the phone system should work.
I am checking certain tags that don't allow me to even have Val come over anymore. This has to be something to do with whatever tag has gone and be a ghost. The tag is there, but is not activating like it should
As for the school, and not being accepted... I am working on that once I can get Val to come over... It's funny how even the creator has bugs!
I will keep you posted. I am looking at Sunday for the newest release. Hopefully with no more bugs, or at least until I start again. Thank for all the comments and help so far.

I was out of town for a week, and couldn't really work on this while visiting a friend. I am now back in town and will be working on this all weekend again. I have re-run through most of stage 1. Found one other error, which I will be addressing tonight.
Stage 2:
  • Mari in the shower, but not there... Fixing
  • Error with Val at the pool in the beginning of stage 2
  • Phone issue with the phone backs... Pain in my ass
  • I also been told there is an issue with it crashing with Mari at the park. Checking
  • The arcade series is all weird, from what I can tell, since I added more to that storyline
  • Music keeps playing after the mini game in stage 1 - jeesh... Thought I killed that last year
  • I have been making music specifically for this game, instrumentals and also sung by Suno
Updates will be worked on this week, and published next weekend as 2.8.6B (Beta)
I will also have my 2 testers run through it by Wednesday or Thursday before I post it here.
Once all things are Ok'd - I will start adding the other content that has already been rendered. Once that is done, I will streamline stage 1, because it is kind of annoying to me now that things don't run as smooth as they should. Coding is all over the place, and need to make this better for the next additions planned.
Thanks for all the patience and sticking by me and this game. I appreciate the love and respect.
