I don't fully disagree with you since many of the one offs feel narratively pointless, but there has also been a healthy amount of stuff that has driven the story forward and I'd posit that the balance is in the favor of stuff that matters vs stuff that is just faffing about to get more sex scenes in.

Clearly articulate what parts of the story are the "main story" and which plots are irrelevant or your statement is mostly meaningless. We're dying to know.

(An unrelated aside- the folks complaining about the game's version numbers/milking must have dented heads- not every game uses the "1.0 = a 100% complete game" version progression . Ya'll's functional fixedness is impressive. )

Maybe because i'm not a native english speaker but, are you implying to cut or ripped Act II planned content?

That's for sure... there are so many content now in Act I with so many third characters around that you may never known less expect if they will take part a major role in the events for next two Acts... Just think that the others heroes companion of Rowan are never shown so... There's a lot of plot that they can just pick to just make us had a WTF?! in future updates, think in an ending in Act III that demands to meet a character since Act I in those random incursions ... Then Rein will laugh and said "Replay Act I, the character appear in a random scenario"

And still, aside the side stories abundance and all the porn, they still need to add a battle system... for some reason they just focus in the scenes complete it without attending the rest of the RPG elements... Other thing that i still don't remember to see in discussion is about the Fort in the end south of the map border, i was thinking it would be part of the Goblin Content, now makes me wonder what it will be that?

The reason people are complaning about not every game using 1.0 as complete is because it makes no fucking sense.

Because not every game is designed like a 5 year old putting together a 10 piece block puzzle. Some games are designed more organically and predicting % slices of their development scale wouldn't be a reasonable or honest thing to do for them in the first place.

Also dev's don't need to cater to the lowest denominator of morons on the internet with their version numbers just b/c some people are ignorant. There are more standardized ways that version numbers get updated in the industry.

How much mental hand-holding does the average person of culture need. Apparently some of them need AND expect a ton .

Can't tell if this is a joke reply to that comment, but if it's serious: SoC can be many things, but it's def not a scam to milk supporters.
They update consistently with roughly the same amount of content each update. They are consistent. Its not drip-fed and arbitrary. They may promise a lot, but it's not like they're doing scummy tactics to slow down the content coming out.
Ending at some random point wouldn't make it better, the story marches on and CGs and new erotic scenes with them.

1)They make over $12,000 monthly on their patreon
2)they sold their game on steam
3)there are at least over 7000 sales counting by every review is 15 sales. and that adds up to $140,000
4)even if thats not the accurte sales they've made at the least around $90,000 in sales on steam
5)they started the game around 2016 or something
6)long story short they make more than enough money for them to have finish the game within less time NLT Media has completed not one but 2 games.
Conclusion YES THE FUCK THEY ARE MILKING THE SUPPOTERS
although not as bad as some others I won't defend them

And again, their updates have the same consistent, steady amount of content coming out. If you support the game, then you know what their release schedule will be. They don't pull the rug out from them with crazy delays or widely variable content in releases.

Made a compressed Android port of v0.3.09a with the Extended Scene Replay Mod added.

I've added a few standard gestures: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

art has very little to do with the story my guy they haven't finished the main story yet that's what the op was complaining about, and yes 2d art takes time Sherlock Holmes
no one here denies that but that doesn't mean they can't finish they can't put more effort in the main story first then worry about the side content. This ain't Elden ring where the gameplay is the main focus it's VN story is #1 and art is #2

I've updated the replay mod for 0.3.09a; sorry for the delay, been away for a couple of days. You can download it from the original reply. I've tested all the scenes and it seems fine, but please let me know if you run into any errors.

If there are new scenes in the patch notes but they aren't in the replay mod, it's likely because they don't have any CG yet. I try to not include scenes without CG until they have it as they tend to be a work-in-progress by the developers.

ahh seeds of chaos a game filled with thousands of lines of dark fantsy porn and world building only 50% of it i could care less about and each update you roll the dice if you even get something you would bother reading. Yet at the same time you could get something you didnt even know you wanted like the borefest goblin arc i would kill for that time to have been spent on orc alexia and nasim but then boom giant goblin tits appeared now the arc has meaning. Edit: Btw, I just checked it, scene 78 gives some errors for image not found. Several after the scene starts to get to the good point, I'm guessing those are the new images.

Yeah, it's the new images. I'm guessing the developers forgot to release them game with them (cg1462, cg1463, cg1464, and cg1465) as this error will happen in the main game as well when any player naturally reaches that scene in a normal playthrough. Once they release a new version, hopefully with those images, the mod will work fine; until then though, that replay will be iffy.
