Just be patient, We all not paying for the game so the least we can do is be nice and wait for someone who can share the files. If you can't wait maybe you should consider to support the creators of the game. The link for their social and patreon is on the top of the post.

This is one of the more recent events. You can get it if you have a good relationship with Jezera along with a high level of submission. It's basically a Jezera femdom event in which she rewards Rowan for his loyal service
You can trigger it only in the later part of the game since one of the requirements is to have a lvl 3 Hall built.

Wish dev release some guides or some kind of walkthrough cheat, its kinda to give that much time to the game. I mean its well made but people like me rarely have that much patience so it becomes like an fruit I can eat after 5 summer

U can whatever stat using urm skill point, Treasury,Rowan's personal money, favour point everything
Or just cheat. It's so easy. It's not like the gameplay is so crazy engaging that you are missing something by cheating.
The main issue anyway is that "ruler events" are random. And you need the cheat to be able to roll those back till you get what you want.

That's the patreon version. What's being requested is the subscribestar version that doesn't have a bunch of the content cut out.

Ah, I wouldn't know. I got the game on Steam years ago and have just been waiting for the first Act to finish to play it.
