It is more an speculation and fan base wank fantasy than reality, Rein don't talk much about that, instead he remarks how hard is to write Alexia as a character giving the variables she have because that change her dialogs and overall behavior, so, if it's hard now for them and giving how they have been delay the overall work just polishing the First Act, i don't have much hope (being realist) that it finally comes true, but it would be cool to manage a character that would become more useful in the long term and in different areas than just a tentative NTR doll...
You can use Unren.bat to unlock the debug mode. If I remember right, you can't use it to directly raise you stats, but you can use it to give yourself a bunch of money and then buy all the Cla-min stat upgrade items.
