I found it. You have to tell helayna that it would be too dangerous.
I suggest saving when you get the option to let andras punish her. There are a few scenes that come from the other route.

Oh, I hadn't realised. The wording on Patreon for the lowest teir ($3) is "Access to the backer build which is always one version ahead of the public build " which implies there is a public version that would be available to non-backers. Maybe it is just poor wording, since I can't find any "public" build on their site.

So here is the release as promised, it turned out to be a pretty big one at just over 50k words. It brings us to the end of the Rastedel arc, and the beginning of the epilogue of the first game, with Rastedel pretty much done now (bar the third ally path - Simone, and a few other small things).
I will say this is one of our darkest releases yet, and regardless of the path you have chosen, it does end on a downer (and if you do want to comment on this, please be mindful of spoilers). I would have liked to get a little further, but time ran out on us a little, so I wanted to say there will be more hope in the next release, for those of you who need a little light.
Release Notes
Finished the vast majority of outstanding Rastedel content, including (but not limited to);
- the rest of Maud's path containing one new sex scene (Rowan x Maud)
- full integration of Werden's route to the same level as Patricia and Jacques
- the alternative Patricia corruption route including one new sex scene (Rowan x Patricia)
- the post coronation epilogue containing one sex scene (??? x Marianne)
- One new ruler event including one sex scene (Rowan x Rylea [an incubus])
- One new barmaid job events, including one sex scene (Alexia x Tarek [an orc])
- One new forge job event
- One new repeatable Helanya event, including one sex scene (Rowan x Helyana x Liurial)
- Twenty four new CGs, with thirty-eight variants
- Four new animations
- One new background, with three new variants
- Two new character sprites
- Fixed an issue where the game would not count any captured villages above two
- Added pan and zoom functionality to the map, as well as some other small improvements

If you claim Helayna, Alexia will always move out of your room with a hit to her affection, the exact amount depending on your response in the conversation where she moves out.
But this doesn't end your relationship in any way. It alters some lines/scenes, but I don't think it even locks any scenes off. So yes, you absolutely can make it work with both thus far, though not with any real resolution of Alexia making peace with the situation or anything. That said, given Alexia has a threesome scene with Liurial and an entire series of scenes for Helayna involves her getting off on seeing you with others, one assumes at some point there will be a resolution there involving Alexia and Helayna...making up, and I may die in happiness if it comes.

The last time I played this, there weren't that many fun sex scenes with the mc. The dom stuff was ntr. Is that still the case?
There's one pregnant chick Rowan can bang, and there are some very slight indications that it might eventually be a thing for other characters.
There's two characters where being submissive to Rowan is a substantial portion of their content. Alexia also has at least one scene (May require her to be somewhat corrupt, though I can't remember for sure) in that vein. Then there's various other characters that have some measure of content in that direction. None of those scenes explicitly require NTR, though I'm not sure how hard corrupting Alexia without NTR is given I generally just console command stuff like that nowadays.
How far along is this game from completion would you guess? I'm not in a rush i'm just wondering if the plot is headed towards an end-game yet or if it still seems like there's a lot more the main characters have left to do.
On the scale of 1-10 how bad/ consistent is the cg of this game has become now? Haven't follow this project since a year ago.
