It's a shame really what happen, but then again I never expected this game to go so long considering the snail pace story progression.
However ripping out so much of 8 year long development could really fell this game, abandoning Patreon means all the people paying and forgetting about this would be lost. Tricky situation
They either be very careful about the snuff edition getting leaked out to avoid the ban or go full safe mode and stop active development. Maybe it gets mod support to add it back in and keep some development there going in the side door with 3 party.
Oh well, at least Helaynia is getting some more content I guess

Might as well change the name to Seeds Of Conformance. I was here for the Alexia content but with all the beast stuff taken out it's no different to a standard VN, except for all the unnecessary side mechanics. I'll just keep the last version I have as it's not even worth downloading from here anymore.

Very sad to hear content was removed. Most notably Greyhides as he was my personal favorite character in this, some conflicting reports of if subscribestar has it or not but I sure hope they do. Would hate to see some of this game permanently gone and have to resort to older versions still have 4.06 at least! Here's to hoping someone posts subscribestar versions over patreon
You’re either not far enough into the game, or they haven’t been implemented yet.
Here are the SubscribeStar versions of SoC [v0.4.07], and the Gallery/Scene Replay bug is still there. If anyone could check if they still have the Whitescar, Greyhide, and similar content, that’d be great. At least Android users have a version now.

Both Patreon and SubscribeStar crash the game when I try to view them in Scene. Anyone else?
Edit: When I try to scroll to 2nd page I get an error message and then CTD if I rollback.

It is there the reason why the gallery is crashing is that it has a separate file in game/patch.rpa

The gallery broke when they removed certain images to appease Patreon. Probably gonna stay broken until the next release.
When compressing SoC v0.4.07, I noticed both Patreon and SubscribeStar have the same audio and video files, but Patreon has just under 4,000 image files, while SubscribeStar has over 4,100. So, there could be scenes in the SubscribeStar version that aren’t in the Patreon one.
The latest Steam release has more image files (> 4,000) than the current Patreon release—they really gutted it.

I edited the gallery.rpy file and it works fine with v0.4.07 SubscribeStar
Sadly it will take time for me to understand the code to add the new scenes in the gallery. But if someone can list the added scenes with their description and tags I can at least try to do it

Thanks for sharing. I used UnRen to access the dev console and there are scenes and images involving Sil, Greyhide, Whitescar and the wulump which it sounds like were removed from the patreon version. I presume these scenes are accessible during normal gameplay but I haven't checked.
