Hasn't been added. Some art was made for her as part of early testing for the nemesis concept. Her current fate is unclear. Also, those images were not supposed to be released.

Wait, there are multiple scenarios? I know that we are playing as Rowan/Alexia but I thought it remained that way

The game's original plan involved multiple scenarios. This was back when the team was young and had no sense of scale. It is no longer the plan. The original idea for the Helayna scenario became the inspiration for the team's other project (which I am not involved in) Jessika's Curse.

It's been some time since I played this game, can someone remind me how to unlock the breeding pits? Like, what research do I need? I remember needing the brothel built before it, but I can't seem to unlock the pits.

No, you don't need the brothel to have the the pits. You simply need to research Monster Taming and build them afterwards.
Note that Monster Taming won't appear in Cliohna's list until you capture Raeve Keep.
Is there a specific Research or action I need to take? I already took Raeve Keep but the Monster Taming research hasn't appeared.

Allow me to shamelessly promote diebesgrab's edit of my Big Ol' Map:
If we compare it with your screenshot we can see that the huge forest south of Rastedel is the Blackholt Woods. The screenshot map is a little different, but you can tell it's the same forest by looking closely at the rivers. The rivers never lie.
Edit: there's currently almost no resoures and zero content in this part of the map (between Raeve Keep and Rastedel). I imagine that when the goblin narrative will kick in this chunk of almost empty land will become more interesting. And I hope the devs will put the third portal in there like they did near Orciad, because even getting to this part is a pain in the ass, nevermind exploring.

Build a time machine, skip to roughly 6 months in the future for blackholt woods and roughly a year for a new city.
I don't think those areas in the game yet. The most you can do is go to those two areas
I've been searching the camp now for 14 in game weeks is there anything specific I'm missing to find the noble? I love the story and everything but this irritating the hell out of me.
