The player is able to control which potential partners Alexia sleeps with. It used to be that every single literal incident of NTR was totally avoidable, but in a few cases when a player has already chosen to go down the Andras OR Jezera route (via the mid-corruption events) it will continue to show some of those scenes.
What this means in practice is that if you wish for Alexia to ONLY sleep with Jezera and other women, it will be possible to have that be the only NTR that takes place. There are some hetero scenes planned for that route (one of which already exists), but the current planning is to make those scenes continue to be optional well after the Jezera route lock.
So in short. Yes, it's possible to just have her sleep with women.

You have to play Rowen... You also play as his wife from time-to-time, though he's still the primary protagonist.

Yes, and contrary to what's being said below, you're not missing anywhere near that much content wise.
This is a NTR game first and foremost. Nothing wrong with people who like that, to each their own, no kink shaming. But don't try to deny it by making it seems is a normal game with some NTR.

Yes, the NTR is avoidable, and the vast majority of the content is focused around M/F content for the Male Protagonist. Yes, the game has been very much designed to support a NTR plot, and does develop said plotline quite regularly - simultenously to developing a Faithful route for Rowan/Alexia.
Just try it man. You can disable NTR, or you can enable NTR, but simply tell the Red Demon to fuck off everytime he approaches Alexia, and bang the female demon for some hot lesbian action. It's good fucking stuff, winter has been pulling his A game there. There's a fucking floating fingering - what's there not to love? Just look at it.
