Yes. You can turn off NTR at the start of the game so the game will automatically choose the right answers to avoid ntr or you can leave it on as the ntr choices are quite obvious.

ok then no idea maybe you need to have a certain amount of corruption with Alexia to trigger the event. If you still have a save at that point you could try to cheat Alexias corruption up or you share it and I'll try to trigger it.
ok I've looked through your flags and don't see any reason why it shouldn't trigger. Alexia cheated on Rowan, you've slept with Liural, Alexias corruption is over 50 and you've triggered her medium corruption event. So no idea what you're missing. Only thing I could think of is that you might need to trigger a certain Jezera event to get Alexia interested in girls.
Ok forget what I wrote I found out what you're missing. You don't have enough corruption with Rowan. Seems kinda strange cause during the event Alexia is the one who refuses to sleep with Liural and not Rowan and the walkthrough only talks about Alexia too. Maybe someone will add the condition to the walkthrough. Anyway I've set Rowans corruption to 50 in your save so it should work now.
