As far as I've seen if you just avoid Jezeera and start from the beginning to do all the scenes with Andras, you get his path?
I've never unintentionally gotten the Jezeera NTR path.
I think the scenes that you have to get are the Drokk one and the Wulump one after you free Helaina (that one is harder to get) and then you're pretty much automatically on Andras NTR.

This isn't a project where the creators put out a public release. We have to rely on a patreon supporter leaking it out. Could happen today, could happen tomorrow, occasionally it'll take four or five days.
Is there anything in particular you need to do, or NOT do to get the encounters with Isdruel, Aryzl, and Whitescar before the Arrival of the Emissaries event?

The women I know who have played this game tell me that Alexia is a better MC than any of the other "female protagonist" games out there. That combined with Rowan having the personality of a decorative gourd does help explain why Alexia is so popular.
With Alexia we are given actual choice in character development. Female players get actual agency in a female character in an adult game. Most of the choices and paths are not what I'd take, but I love the fact that this game offers them.
