First, you have to enable Console Commands:
In the game's folder, go to Renpy/Common/00console.rpy.
Look for config.console and set it to True, then save the file.
While in-game, press Shift+O and enter the cheat you want.

Cheats that I know: (you can google the rest)
avatar.gold = x
avatar.exp = x
castle.treasury = x

When it says Andras NPC scene, does that mean its a scene with andras and another character that isnt rowan or alexia?

It seems that way until you see how much artwork gets done each release. While I've bought the game on Steam, doesn't seem like there's be much for Dark Lord Rowan enjoyers like meself this time.

I can't expect an indie studio to have the best project management skills. But that said, they're better than nearly everyone else on here and are consistent with releases.

What a nothing release, and the dev has gone from "I'm working on getting the Andras x Alexia content done just been delayed" to not even mentioning it at all.

If your Rowan has extremely low corruption the blessing works on you.

What would be the case if not works in those who are most in need to?... Yes, is a pretty more boring playthrough but still Rowan have it's miserable end in Act I anyway...

I believe it's the other way around, Andras NPC = Andras and Rowan to some extent (though not exclusively, the NPC arcs involve other characters too but focus on their relationships with Rowan) as opposed to Andras NTR being scenes with Alexia

Haha those scenes are glorious, but then they said that the wullump erase Alexia's memory, so a bit booh for that.

Well, you have to wait for someone to leak it. Or you can try your luck with a request.

SoC doesn't do a public release so we're always at the whim of a leaker here. Sometimes it takes ten minutes, some times it takes ten hours, sometimes a day or two, once it took over a week. So have patience, you might have to wait a while for more big red man puts dick in the butt of smaller pink man scenes.
