No, it's not, if it was you could probably see "voiced" or something like that in the tags on the top of the thread.
Animated scenes are really rare, I actually only remember the one at the start of the game but there may be more for sure, right?

There are multiple animated scenes - Andras x Alexia doggy, Andras x Alexia bj, Rowan x Delane anal, Rowan x Delane classic, Rowan x Cla-min's daughter bj, Rowan x Shaya titjob, Andras x Zahira riding. I think these are all. Sadly no animated with Helayna or X'zaratl

Started replaying the game for the first time in a long while, and was just wondering, does Rowan have any scenes with Helayna if he doesnt claim her? or is that a necessity?

(I *did* claim her when playing yesterday, but then i got to thinking, since Alexia moved out of the room, for obvious reasons lol)

As far as I know, there are no scenes between them if Rowan doesn't claim her. If you don't claim her after the Keep, it's pretty much insinuated that she serves Andras and the soldiers until her escape arc

Rastedel is supposed to get an update this year that gives it a different outcome is Rowan successfully conquers it and pleases the twins.

Kind of agree but rewriting the game at this stage would delay it even further, so just roll with what we have and move on.

What?! You mean to tell me that the beings of Chaos are poorly organized, don't plan ahead, and don't think through the consequences of their actions? How could that be? Maybe they should recruit a guy that is good at those things...

But on a more serious note. I like to think that the world has more cities and villages and fortifications. We just don't see them because they are not plot relevant. There are probably hundreds of more locations, but nothing notable happens there so they don't show up in the game.

Tbh with Rastedel I feel that if the story is split into three different games then the epilogue after Rastedel needs to have rewards for each storyline since it is the conclusion of a game; by which I mean sex scenes. There should be some final sex scene unlock depending on how you played the game. At the very least something like a RowanxAlexia scene for keeping them both uncorrupt or for having them both corrupt but still loyal to each other (so a pure and a slutty version), RowanXAndras and/or RowanXJezera scenes for a servant path (depending on some Favor threshold) and something else (maybe an orgy/harem scene) for a Rowan who is corrupt and it trying to take over.

This game has been supported monetarily for years, so the least they can do is make the story more cohesive if our choices are supposed to have lasting impacts imo
