I thought it was another fertility treatment event due to Nasim's presence but Rein's comment above makes it sound like Andras NTR event. It would explain the presence of the orc and the maid. I guess it makes sense since Nasim made that weird Alexia lookalike orc for Andras IIRC.

Yeah unfortunately it's another lame Andras NTR scene. A new fertility treatment would have been so much more interesting.
It makes sense given the planning they've been doing to get certain scenes out the door and finished. I'm personally entirely uninterested in it, but I recognize why it needs to be done and a bunch of people do love it. If nothing else it might give hints as to where the regular story is going, so there's that at least.

They (presumably a team of people) have been working on this game for over 8 years and it's still in Act 1. It's gonna be a while before you buy this game.
It's been over a year or so since I played the game, I guess they're still on act 1. People have said they might finish by 2025 and finally start act 2.
I do hope they at least add some changes like if you were to corrupt Alexia when you visit her in your quarters or separate room the dialogue shouldn't be normal Alexia since she's corrupted.
Although I do wish the game finishes in my lifetime

Shouldn't the update already be out? I was under the impression it was the last Sunday of every month.

Usually when the last Sunday is like the 24-26th (the month ends on a Friday/Saturday), they struggle to make it and move it to the end of the month. I mean it IS 5-6 less days to prepare and I doubt they have workflow deadlines that send everything to their programmer staggered, they probably have to integrate everything in the last few days while working on other improvements and bug fixes during the month?
What is this shit? I disabled NTR yet still feel like im being cucked at literally every corner, I hate when devs do this, there should be a clear warning before you disable or enable NTR, "This game has alotta NTR scenes and the plot and content feel forced without them present, proceed at your own peril" so I don't waste my time.
And what's with this MC? He talks and reasons like he has 20 braincells in total, instead of plotting and scheming at every corner to kill these two annoying demon fucks he instead goes along with their every request and whim like a damn brainlet.

You believed you had control of the MC destiny? You don't. Or he gets fucked or he fucks someone just to be fucked after anyways.

Anyway I really don't know how the option to disable NTR works (it may even be broken at the moment) but that was really only associated to scenes involving the MC wife I believe but technically you can pretty much avoid any NTR by picking the right choices or passing the tight skill checks.
Now to make the MC gets it's revenge on the Demons you will probably have to wait until Act 3 and even then they're no guarantees you will have the chance (but I hope so).
Welp until I get a guarantee that I will be able to eventually shove my sword up the bitch demon's asshole and force the other one to lick it clean and to avoid all the NTR, i'm gonna have to pause this one, best wishes to the dev.
