You can go to their Discord and search for the patch. Install the file and patch it by clicking the Seed of Chaos' icon on Joiplay and clicking the 'patch' button.

Some of them are quite good. Some of them are really terrible. Most of it is somewhere in between.
Honestly though I give up on the most awful ones pretty quickly so I can't name any particular examples. Kingdom of Deception is pretty infamous for having awful writing in the later updates, which is a shame because it really started out strong.

what type of games do you like? plus i can recommend a good one that has good visuals.

Gotta capture the fortress first that helayna is at then wait til the twins reward you for doing that. After that, Alexia will talk to you about wanting to be more useful.

ok i know that the game will be completed in 40 years by the dev grandchild william but i wanna ask about act 1 tho what's the progress so far so he can start act 2 already

oh and btw mr dev here's a bro tip you can prioritize act one and complete it then add extra content as much as your patrons want later just sayin

They are moving forward but the pace is slow and definitely slower than they wanted. I am seeing Act 2 starting during 2026 but probably in one of the last two updates.

been asking myself this too. Is there an actual road map planned out ? if so, put in the NECESSARY scenes and get on with the story please. We dont actually have to see every single variation of sex, every character can possibly have with every other character, before act two even starts lol. I imagine most of the story is already planned on paper, so why the weird stretch out of the content ? We all love the game and respect that proper writing and illustrating takes time, but at some point someone has to put a hold to the ever growing gallerie and actually let you guys work on the epic tale, not just the nutty parts. (I know some story was written also, but it's so little, like a single person writes it, while all others are focused on different things.)
Maybe I'm wrong, but if I am, what is the hold up ?

Most stuff is done but astarte and epic thing takes time if this pace continue act 2 starts from 2027
