You can also use SFM to create NFSW animations and use as a video in your game. However render quality will be different from your other 4k renders. This will be a cheaper option.
Other than that you can hire 2-3 animators and buy them a render farm for a month to create animations. However this will cost a lot

I can't provide you anything apart from suggestions. But if you find any artist(s), what you can do is split the work by hiring multiple artists. You can hire different artists for still images and animations. Some devs work with different artists to cover different routes of the game. After that you can hire a photoshop/gimp specialist to post-process the images, believe me, it makes a lot of difference, or you make the 3d artist do the post work, most of the 3d artist do it. Make sure to tell the 3d artist about your art style, since lighting makes a ton of difference and can make the players feel the tone of the game.

TLDR- Just hire multiple artists if money is not a big issue.

My concern with multiple artists is exactly as you stated ... the styles will be different.

I think I probably should have started by looking for a still artist first and worry about the animations later.

This game will have upwards of 100,000 renders when all is said and done.

It's not as though I need to resolve the animations issue today.

4k is for animations is pretty much unrealistic because of A. most of the devs use 1080p or 720p for renders and use denoiser with low iterations, since we don't generally watch still images of each frame, so it generally won't matter, B. using denoiser with low iterations in 4k kills the basic purpose of using 4k, which means high details. So, if a dev wants to do 4k animations, unless it has lots of render iterations for each frame, rendering in 4k is meaningless. One more thing, releasing in 4k means high size of the game (like 4x). I've received requests from lots to release a compressed version of the game even though the game is very unpopular and made in 1080p.

Dude has no idea about anything. If he want to write stories he can go do it in Literotica or w/e its called. Usually the artist is the one who starts the game development and other ppl join
