That's why most of the time i say how much is there animations and images in-game with NF.
Like i said earlier, many games have only one nipple penetration scene with only one female character on only one ocasion, and after scene nipple closes, and they "forget" it ever happened... It is part of game, but just along the way, not main focus

What i would like to see in-game is tits and nipples enlargement (and areola too) and nipple gaping after dick is out, and visibly smaller/deflated breast when dick is outside of breast, and bulging breast while dick is fucking breast.

Yeah the game is still pre-alpha at this point. The full title even has (temp) at the end, as in temporary/working title, so it's still got a while to go. It definitely seems like it will be a big upgrade from the previous game when it's done.
