Hello, please try a new game. If the problem still occurs please try redownloading. This is the first time I seen this bug too.
If it still occurs, I guess that your PC lack some C++ packs. If you play games through Steam, it usually install all the C++ packs you need. Or you can do it manually. Please install Visual Studio from Microsoft. It will install all the C+ packs that your PC need. And please install the DotNet Framework along with it.
