Finish the ghostly leg (pirate) quest, complete all Bork scenes (tavern owner) and destroy the fly nest on Milka's quest. Then go to the squirrel's basement and spend some time with her. It will trigger automatically afterwards.
I recently completed the entire game from the beginning so it's all fresh in my mind.
I just checked, there hasn't been any new post today. All I see is the one from yesterday about the new update coming out some time today.
