Normally I don't do this but... here you go. I translated based on the flow of the pages.
Strategy information
Below are the spoiler content, have a look (this phase is basically asking you to do on your own risk as its a spoiler warning)
Gold strategy
1) There are a simple way to get gold as there are various place to collect it from. Even though there places to collect from, the starting gold when you begin the game should able to do most of the stuff. Those places are, construction site, Suikei mountain, Dojo outside and cinema.
2) Way of getting a part time job is to work for 3 hours for 2400. If you become friends with the Aniki at the construction site, he will teach you how to excavate treasures. 1 day after treasure excavated can earn up to tens of thousand? Maybe? Earning from fishing at Suikei mountain. First buy a rod at the convenient store. Sell the fish after fishing to Yoshiteru Miura. In the later half of the game, use the video camera and film the H scene of the female characters and sell them to the gangster at the black market at night.

Matsuhara's secret

2) After exchanging the video camera from Miura at Suikei mountain, you will be able to take H scene videos which can be sold at the gangster at the black night in the mid of the night. After her husband watched the videos, he will become into a disappointed state (NTR gotcha)
3) After getting the sleeping pills from the black market, when speaking to the girls who is with her husband in the same room, can use the sleeping pill to drug the husband to do NTR with the wife.
