Or you can try to create a new user on the PC. Sometimes it works.
PS: Do you have an active antivirus or use windows defender? If yes, you can try to deactivate it

I just finished the game. But at the end scene game gave me an option of one last fuck with one of the girls. Is there a secret harem ending?
Well I don't really think so. I unlocked all the scenes by modifying the game data and there really isn't a harem ending. Even if there was you could have seen a scene of a harem in the gallery options.

there are only 3 cameras I think, you can't really devide a big rectangle into another 3 equally sized rectangles. That why there are 1 blank space
