KEEP it UP Man. this game has beautiful art work and image style. just keep the world building focused. play some other games for inspiration if possible. (zeno's anthology- imperial chronicles etc.) this game looks amazing.
the more tease you give between main two character's the more popular the game gets. will they wont they. more sleepless summer nights. sleepless cold winter nights and rainy stormy nights.

This might not happen but if we are using history and if dev is using history

Once MC becomes a Samurai for a Daimyo ( Lord ) and has proven himself, MC will be either given a new name for his new position or he will retain his name. There has been many examples through japanese history, Masatora changed his name to Uesugi Terutora then changed it again when he became a monk Uesugi Kenshin so chances of us changing our name later are a maybe. if we are following history.
