Ah, you're not the first to be fooled by the way quests are arranged, but what you're missing is one of the earlier quests. That's why the odd numbers are on the right. Please check to see what number you're missing (once you get it, everything will slide forward, putting 65 on the last spot).

Yeah I think I missed 43, you know where that is?

Event 43 is An Empty House, which starts at cape clinic(according to the menu). I think that's the one where you need to talk to the zombie girl, but it's been so long I can't say for sure.

you probably need to install the rpg maker rtp, then tell the app where was installed
