You don't have the Japanese language pack installed, so some filenames using Kanji become garbled characters. Installing the language pack in the system language settings and re-extracting the game will resolve this issue.

I have the latest version of MTool and im a Patreon but the issue im facing is the game crashes in real time and i can push the game along but the bug/issue remains as well if I don't use it I get an error in Japanese so is the a fix/resolution
I finished this game way back when with MTool without issue.
Though I gotta say that was with the previous 'major' version of the tool. Dunno about the current version for this game.
I'm currently trying my hand at translating this, I'll send it when i'm done. Right now all I have is the intro finished. No guarantees on finishing it tho since it's just a passing interest.
